The TRI NIRVANA TRI-CAMP gives athletes the opportunity to train under local professional athletes in beautifully tranquil beach village in the South of Thailand without the chaos of cars, pollution, and quite frankly too many obstacles and distractions. If you have an important race in your calendar, this is the best option for you. Coaches Sam & Smart will provide knowledge & unmatched learning & will get you where you need to be.

Tri-Nirvana’s Elite & Experienced Triathlete Coaching Team are specialists on the following core elements: Motivation, Behavioral Change, Core Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility, Technique (swim/bike/run), Race Strategy, Nutrition, Swim/Bike/Run Focus.

 

The training camp offers:

Pink Dolphin Cove

  • Villas next to the ocean

  • Swim video analysis and coaching in tech-pool

  • Sea swim sessions

 

Black Elephant Mountain 

  • Bike sessions with a mixture of long bike miles and shorter more intensive efforts and bike & run specific sessions

  • Challenging conditions Sichon is famous for. Hilly rides often accompanied with warm tropical winds – a great way to improve your bike fitness!

 

Sichon Buffalo Trails

  • Flat runs along the coast working on pace control and technique

  • Hilly trail runs through the volcanic landscapes right outside the resort

  • Biomechanical screening and strength sessions

 

Sichon Cabana Beach Resort & Prasarnsook Beach Resort host Tri Nirvana athletes - a beach-side full board stay in Superior Villas. Each apartment is available on a 2 sharing basis but there is an option to pay a single supplement should you wish. 

Food at Tri Nirvana is excellent & focused on athletic performance & good nutrition from local sources. Breakfast offers a range of food types both hot and cold and cooked to order. The Restaurant offers an extensive menu. Salmon, steak, fresh salads, seafood all included as well as some of the tastiest local delights.

Massage, Physiotherapy and spa facilities are available at Tri Nirvana & paid for separately at the venue if desired.

A Typical Weekend at Tri Nirvana:

Friday Evening: Pickup from Nakorn Sri Thammarat 

Saturday: Day 1 Training Camp

06:00: Coffee at Blue Surf Cafe as the sunrises over a calm sapphire sea. 

06:30: Into the ocean for a group open-water swim session to get the day started.

07:30: Shower off & grab your trail shoes.

08:00: Trail run, pack your selfie stick.

09:00: Breakfast Buffet

10:30: Relax Free time

12:00: Optional Lunch & Coach Sam's Super Smoothie

14:30: Pre-training Meeting 

15:30: Preparation for afternoon training

16:30: 8k Run - Race Training with Sichon Running Club through Sichon.

18:00: Relax with easy swimming in the pool, underwater hockey, team games

19:00: Dinner & Free time

 

Sunday: Day 2 Training Camp

06:00: Coffee at Blue Surf Cafe as the sunrises over a calm sapphire sea. 

06:30: Cycling session - Endurance & Tempo with hills & sweet views.

09:30: Shower off & cool down.

10:00: Breakfast Buffet

10:30: Relax Free time

12:00: Optional Lunch & Coach Sam's Super Smoothie

14:30: Pre-training Meeting 

15:30: Optional Yoga/ Strength & Conditioning

16:30: Run-Bike-Swim Reverse BRICK session finishing with water sports mix

18:30: Refreshments & Refuel

19:00: Transfer to Nakorn Si Thammarat for Evening flight back home.

20:10 Last Flight to BKK on Air Asia

Booking early means you will also be able to book flights at cheaper rates. Flights are now available. There will be a small transfer fee for each athlete which will be confirmed nearer the time and once final numbers are known.

You can book your time at the camp for whenever you want! We will be ready to levle you up!

Bike hire is available at Tri Nirvana although I do recommend bringing your own bike as you will be more comfortable on the longer rides.
